Celebrating Grace's 11th Birthday

This year we celebrated Grace's 11th Birthday at a funky, cool little art studio on the North Side called, Litte House, Big Art.  It was so much fun!  Seriously we had such a fantastic time, we can't wait to return.  Local readers, if you haven't checked out Little House, Big Art yet, you totally should.  The atmosphere is so laid back yet very inspiring.  And it's not just for kids.  When I was there about a month ago, I made a beautiful terrarium.  There's ceramics to paint and clay to work with.  You can also paint on canvases or make beaded jewelery.  You should see the bracelet Grace made there last month.  It's gorgeous!   There are other options to like paper crafts and fibrer arts.  Last it's important to note that the prices are very reasonable.  Sometimes these sorts of places are expensive.  But not here.  It's vey affordable to host a birthday party there or take your kids there or even go with friends.
