I finished this little tank up a few weeks ago. Just in time before summer is almost over.
I know it's hard to see the details on Grace what with the headphone wires. I snapped these pictures as we were getting ready for Church.
But I did knit this one pefectly according to the directions and the fit is perfect.
She looked really lovely in it and I hope she wears it as a layering piece over the winter. We omitted the bow on Grace's and that was by her choice. And I agree with her. The pink yarn without a bow is just right for a 10 year old.
This is Margot's. I actually knit hers first and knit hers wrong!
Her did not call for the 3rd row of ruching but somehow when the pattern said "for size 10 only, knit..." I boldly knit on.
It's a bit big. Iw would have fit her perfectly had I knit it correctly. But it still looks cute and I hope she'll grow into it. Both of these tanks are on the long side which is good for tall, lean growing girls like mine.
